During a nearly decade-long career at a Fortune 500 global corporation, I know what it takes to meet customers right where they are. I consistently received recognition as a top performer in customer service, retention and sales by executing a client-based approach rather than a method purely driven by sales goals.
Over the last few years I have also grown in my knowledge of a client-based focus, through the use of digital inbound marketing, as well.
Rather than focusing on finding customers through techniques like cold-calling, billboards and print advertisement as in traditional marketing, inbound marketing focuses on being found by customers through digital means.
Through my freelance work in inbound marketing techniques–such as organic content writing, SEO and social media management–I have partnered with local, national and international organizations to contribute towards the increase in their digital exposure.
My digital work can be seen on nearly 100 websites and social media pages and I have had the privilege of guest blogging for places like, PHNews. I also have basic web development and design experience.
I have written a couple of books and am currently working on a short fiction story and women’s group study—slotted for a 2019 release.
